Our Terms And Conditions

GRAND BATHROOMS & TILES TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

Please Choose carefully as returns and refunds may occur a reshipping and stocking fee of 25% of items returned as most of our items are ordered in from our suppliers.Tiles purchased from Grand Bathrooms do not accept “change of mind” returns or exchanges once invoiced. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, you may return it for a full refund. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect the goods prior to installation. Consequently, no claims will be considered after installation. Tiles may not be returned if suppliers dont accept returnable tiles as shades and batches may change from suppliers.

Orders, Delivery & Storage:

1. All orders within a Grand Bathrooms in store must have a 25% deposit paid at the time the order is placed. All orderd items may not be changed or refunded if items are in transit to store or customers property. 

2. Website orders must be paid for in full at the time of checkout, on the Grand Bathrooms website.

3. Delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to occur when they are handed to the Customer, their representative or are delivered to the premises or carrier nominated by the Customer and the Goods shall thereafter be at the Customer’s risk.

4. Goods purchased in-store or from the Grand Bathrooms website using Click & Collect, will be held for a maximum of 14 days. After that goods may be resold unless arrangements have been made, this includes all orders. Customers will be contacted prior. Please allow up to 5 business days for store to receive items for pick ups. Please inform store when items will be required so we can bring in store ready for pick up. We can hold ur orders for up to 60 days only if store is informed upon ordering items 

5. Allow up to 7 working days for Click & Collect or 3rd Party Freight Online Ordering Services. Customers will receive an email and/or SMS notification when the online order is ready for collection from their selected store. Customers must bring an online order confirmation email and photo ID for Click & Collect services. Click & Collect is available from 8.30am am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 11am to 1pm on Saturdays. This is only for bathroomware items not including large items like baths etc…

6. Upon signing a delivery docket, unless the contrary is noted in that docket, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition to the extent permitted by law. The Customer must notify Grand Bathrooms of any issues with items upon delivery and inspection. All bathroomware products are inspected by Grand Bathrooms prior to delivery except for tiles.

7. Please ensure goods are free from damage or noticeable defects before installation as Grand Bathrooms will not take responsibility for uninstalling or reinstalling goods that were installed in a noticeably defective/damaged condition.

8. All Grand Bathrooms products that involve the usage of water, waste products and/or glass must be installed by a qualified and licensed tradesperson. Grand Bathrooms does not warrant any goods that have been installed outside of these terms.
 
10. Unless otherwise notified all deliveries are considered standard. A standard delivery covers a single person to a ground floor only. All heavy items will be delivered by forklift  You must ensure an abled person will be on-site to accept and help unload the delivery. Grand Bathrooms does not carry items upstairs and all deliveries are to the front of the house only unless other arrangements are made with the store directly. 
 
11. If an abled body person is not home to accept and help unload, the delivery will be taken back to the store and a second delivery charge may apply.
 
12. Grand Bathrooms staff will contact you to confirm a delivery time. Please note deliveries may be completed by a local third party courier service or when required truck delivery service or a third-party shipping contractor. We recommend contacting the respective carrier for up-to-date delivery time frames or to view their terms and conditions with our store.
 
13. All deliveries to be quoted by Grand Bathrooms. 
 
14. Grand  Bathrooms reserves the right to change the delivery method chosen by the customer for any store or website order should it be deemed necessary by a Grand  Bathrooms representative. All decisions on delivery method will be final.
 
15. Online Orders over $50 – Under 3kg can be shipped with Australia Post at customers costs.
Grand  Bathrooms offers delivery for online orders You will receive an email or sms  information once your order has been collected by the freight carrier or Australia Post.
 

STANDARD DELIVERY – Online Orders

Standard delivery options are available for online orders using 3rd Party Freight Carriers. The average delivery times for standard delivery are: 5 – 7 business days Australia wide including most country areas. 7 – 10 business days for outside Sydney Metro.

EXPRESS PICK UPS AT STORE AS SOON AS PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICK . IF ITEMS ARE REQUIRED URGENTLY PLEASE INFORM STORE AS WE MAY BE ABLE TO HELP OUT IN BRINGING IN GOODS WHEN REQUIRED .
